The School of Nursing at The University of Jordan is committed to enhancing the quality of education. As a part of this commitment, we are conducting a survey to evaluate the satisfaction level of newly employed nurses who have graduated from our Baccalaureate program. The survey aims to assess the competencies of the graduates and whether our program meets their needs. Your responses will be kept confidential. The fundamental purpose of conducting a training needs assessment survey is to accurately identify the precise knowledge and skills required by undergraduate and postgraduate students in their final semester to enhance their clinical practice performance. Effective training needs assessment enables the school to channel its resources towards the areas of greatest demand, thereby bolstering the students' abilities and equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for providing exceptional care. The purpose of the exit survey is to gather data on the satisfaction of students with the achievement of general education outcomes and program-specific learning outcomes. Additionally, the survey aims to obtain graduates' opinions on program strengths and recommendations for improvement. The UJ Nursing program's curriculum and teaching approaches are regularly reviewed to cater to the students' needs and comply with accrediting bodies' requirements.
