The School of Nursing at the University of Jordan held a workshop on the use of the Jonabrihaz methodology in conducting systematic scientific reviews. The workshop was conducted by certified trainers from the Jonabrihaz Institute, affiliated with the University of Adelaide in Australia, and was attended by the dean of the school, Prof. Areej Othman.The workshop was supervised by visiting professors from Edith Cowan University in Australia, Dr. Lisa Whitehead and Dr. Diana Arabiat. They provided training to faculty members from health colleges and researchers, with the aim of enhancing evidence-based practices and promoting a culture of scientific research.The Jonabrihaz Institute, affiliated with the University of Adelaide, had previously approved this workshop for the purpose of establishing a research group affiliated with the institute, which would be the first of its kind in the Middle East. The University of Jordan was selected as an accredited center for conducting specialized training courses on systematic scientific reviews.The workshop spanned 5 days and was attended by approximately 20 individuals from the faculties of medicine, dentistry, nursing, rehabilitation sciences, and the University of Jordan Hospital.
