Master Degree in Clinical Nursing/Maternal and Newborn Health Nursing
Program Description :The clinical Nursing Master’s program is a two-year full-time program that prepares the graduates to assume the advanced Nurse Specialist Roles in four specializations: critical care, palliative care, maternal and newborn health,and psychiatric mental health nursing. It is composed of Theory and Advanced Practice in different clinical settings depending on the specialization. The program has two tracks thesis and comprehensive for each specialization. The Master's track in Maternal-Newborn Health Nursing is one of the higher specializations accredited by the Jordanian Nursing Council. The program aims to qualify nurses to obtain the title of Advanced Nurse Specialist so that they can provide nursing care to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, as well as to newborns in both the areas of primary and secondary healthcare for low-risk and high-risk conditions.
