The Office of the Assistant Dean for Training Affairs at the Faculty of Nursing oversees the organization and management of clinical training courses. This includes coordinating partnerships with hospitals, determining the capacity of each training site, and ensuring fair student placement, as well as coordinating schedules for academic and clinical instructors.
The office also guides students and familiarizes them with policies and procedures related to patient safety and infection control, in addition to providing skill manuals and evaluation forms that support their clinical learning and enhance the quality of nursing practice.
