Bachelor of Science in Nursing / Assessment Methods

Opportunities to demonstrate achievement of the learning outcomes are provided through the following assessment methods:

In adherence to university regulations, each theory course must have a midterm exam that accounts for 30% of the total assessment, a final examination at the end of the semester that contributes 50% of the total assessment. The remaining  20% of the total assessment is assigned for written assignment(s) and other course activities. Students' evaluation of progress in clinical courses is demonstrated in a variety of ways that include:
       Regular attendance at clinical training
       Homework and written assignments
       Presentations and seminars
       Clinical exams
       Clinical demonstrations under direct supervision
       Clinical reports and nursing care plans
       Performance checklists
