Master in Healthcare Leadership and Quality Improvement / Program Intended Learning Outcomes

At the successful completion of the Master program of Health Care Leadership and Quality Improvement the student should be able to:

 

  1. Analyze and examine advanced knowledge and theories in a holistic perspective within the area of management and leadership to improve healthcare quality in healthcare organizations.
  2. Practice efficiently within professional, legal, ethical, and safety standards in the area of healthcare management and leadership.
  3. Maximize use of information technology applications to enhance practice within healthcare system.
  4. Integrate research findings and evidence-based best practices into healthcare processes
  5. Adopt effective leadership and decision making skills in the delivery of safe healthcare to individuals, families, and communities across health care delivery systems
  6. Demonstrate effective and efficient communication, consultation, and collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  7. Write a research proposal based on professional standards (For Comprehensive Track)
  8. Conduct an original research based on professional standards (For Thesis Track)​
