Nursing student, Senior
My vision and mission in life is the key to how I live my everyday. I live my life on the basis of becoming an experienced nurse who works to make a difference. I intend on achieving this goal by working hard and giving it my all in college. I hope I can change the mis-conception that always best describes the nurse as a "she". I love Nursing and I am proud to study at the University of Jordan. I have true passion for helping others and I am fully sure that this is what best suits me.

Each one of us has her own world, her own dream..We work hard and learn, to be ourselves who we dreamed of..To change our world and leave a footprint behind us..And for our souls to shake hands with the world after passing away..We all go through Stages of our lives, those little stations we stop at to continue what we have started or to start all over again..
I want to be a nurse. Each one of us has her own world, her own dream..We work hard and learn, to be ourselves who we dreamed of..To change our world and leave a footprint behind us..And for our souls to shake hands with the world after passing away..We all go through Stages of our lives, those little stations we stop at to continue what we have started or to start all over again..Yes, I do not forget the tensed hard working time of my life as a nursing student, staying awake for nights and getting only tiny portions of sleep.. all gathered to build my strong and aspired character..I do not forget “tawjihi”.. a stage which I was looking forward to achieve since childhood.. the gate that would  lead me to my dreams and ambitions
I studied hard, my hands were tired trying hard to follow my steps and fed off of waiting to be a doctor, it has never come up to my mind that I want to be a nurse..or even to be a student at the University of Jordan!! Yes, I was eager to be a doctor..  and to be a student at Hashemite University ..
Because I was looking for the adventurous loop of public transportation means..but still.. Jordan University remains the eagerness of all aspirations..Dreams have changed to an extent. I gave up on the dream I wanted all along 11 years of my life.. and I chose to be a NURSE..I couldn’t feel myself as a nurse in my first semester.. And I couldn’t realize that nursing is so human.. not until I started to get into the depth of the specialized curriculum of nursing .. and met my first instructor .. Ms. Randa Bsoul..  who was tremendous in the way she explained the material.. and was so humble in dealing with our poor of English we suffered… I do not forget the distinguished laughter of Dr. Ikhlas Al Jammal..I also met the DEEN Ms.  Fathia Abu Mughli.. an when I interviewed for the Radio of Jordan University in the occasion of Students Union Elections.. only then,, I realized that being distinguished and giving has many ways to be written in bold  through the years..
Days passed..Then I met the gorgeous Dr. Huda Amre; who thrills my soul.. and represented the meaning of classy attitude of dealing with us, the students. With her assistance, we could find a path of creation My first semester came to an end.. and I was still in the mood of having more of nursing..
We were so affected by being in a place we deeply in love because of a smile from an instructor here .. and a gentle treatment of the other there….Seconded semester started,, and  I met Dr. Zyad Saleh,, who is a symbol of drawing a smile over faces by all it means. I also do not forget .. the distinctive giving of Dr. Huson who built pillars for nursing and stood as a sister and a mother for me and everybody.. Dr. Muhammad Faisal represented the symbol of giving and classy manners and speech..They are a shiny names of nursing..
and nursing is their lives..I adore Faculty of Nursing with all its variations which were the secret behind learning success..
The employees in this faculty are a another symbols of success..I do not forget .. that father.. “ Amo Fawzi” who spreads thrills, cheers,  giving , love and secure feeling of what might come is better..Nursing  is a specialization of humanity which needs an empowered character, intelligence and  a brave heart..My last words to all nursing students: Seek after your dreams.. nothing is impossible.. Because God will send you souls to liaise your way of achievement. An intellectual students as you are,, have dreams.. chose to be in a distinguished university.. Must choose to be a nurse..To be a nurse means to be a human who would reach one of the highest levels of humanity..To my university.. my friends .. my faculty of nursing..
I wish you all the best..
