The Nursing School at the University of Jordan organizes an introductory course on the "Triple Win" program.

The Nursing School at the University of Jordan, represented by the Assistant Dean's Office for Graduates Affairs, in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), organized an introductory seminar on the "Triple Win" program. This program aims to employ nursing students from Jordanian universities who hold a bachelor's degree in the Federal Republic of Germany in public and private healthcare institutions.
The seminar, presented by the program representative in Jordan, discussed the application requirements for the program, which are available on the Jordanian Ministry of Labor website. It provided a comprehensive explanation of the benefits that the program offers to selected individuals who meet the predetermined criteria and conditions. Under the program, signed between the Jordanian Ministry of Labor, the Federal Employment Agency (ZAV), and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in 2013, a total of 5,900 nurses have been appointed in various German healthcare sectors. However, the healthcare sector's demand is expected to exceed half a million nurses by 2030. It's worth mentioning that the program is implemented in eight countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Philippines, Tunisia, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Jordan joined the program after signing an agreement with the Jordanian Ministry of Labor in 2022.ورشة التمريض.jpg
