The Faculty of Nursing aims are: 1. Graduating qualified nurses able to meet the health care needs of the person, family and community. 2. Developing the body of nursing knowledge by conducting research at the national and international level. 3. Promoting nursing education, practice and research, both nationally and internationally, through scholarships, research, training programs, bridging programs and exchange programs. 4. Preparing advanced practitioners able to practice in a variety of nursing specialties. 5. Developing faculty and faculty members through continuing education and scholarship programs. 6. Utilizing the latest technological advancements in education and practice. 7. Enhancing the quality of nursing and health care services through collaboration with national and international agencies. 8. Disseminating nursing knowledge and experiences through national and international conferences, workshops, seminars and training programs. 9. Facilitating interaction with the community through various activities, including voluntary work. 10. Taking part in policy-making related to the health care delivery system at national levels.
